This piece is inspired by Chinoiserie style porcelain vases.
The focal piece is a Chinese white porcelain bead, with a simple hand painted floral pattern, that wraps all the way around it. The porcelain focal is capped in silver, then moves out to 8mm, smooth polished, Sodalite stones, finished with a decorative silver Chinese bead.
The Sodalite stones have been arranged as near to symmetrical as possible. I hand selected and arranged each stone to compliment its partner on the opposite side of the focal. They have also been arranged so that there is a flow from lightest shades to darkest, moving out from the focal piece. I have used tiny silver heishi beads between the first four stones on each side of the focal for added elegance.
*Please note: the last photo shows how turning the porcelain bead allows you to choose the part of the handprinted floral pattern you want facing up, as well as a clearer shot of the ombre effect created in the arrangement of light to dark Sodalite.

As a rule, it’s better to not get your jewelry wet, don’t wear it while bathing, and try not to get lotions or abrasive cleaners on it. Any of these activities can damage some stones and diminish their shine.
To clean it, simply use a soft cloth to gently wipe the piece clean.

Custom and personalized orders
I would love to create something special just for you or for your loved one.
If it's as simple as modifying the size of an existing piece in my shop, shipping times shouldn't change. Please add a note to your order letting me know the size you need.
However, if its an entirely new and unique design, more time will be required:
- We will need to discuss your ideas
- I will create a digital mockup for us to finalize the details
- I will have to order materials (making me dependent on my vendors turn around times)
- Then I will need some time to create the piece
- Once complete, I will photograph the piece and post it as a reserved listing for you.
Sizing details
The best way to discover your bracelet size is to use the string method:
Take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist.
*It should be able to move a little and not be too snug.
Mark the string at the comfortable length.
Take the string and lay it on a ruler to measure where your mark fell.
Let me know the size down to the eighth of an inch.
*For example, I prefer the fit of 7-1/4" - It allows me to layer a bracelet and a watch and to roll it up my arm a little when I wash my hands.
